When you join my coaching team I will assess your current lifestyle, fitness and nutrition in order to give you a customised plan that is geared towards reaching your goals. Nutrition and training plans will be designed to meet your likes and dislikes, as well as taking into account your needs and capabilities.

My aim is for you to feel confident in your ability to make good choices when it comes to eating and exercising and maintain this mindset and lifestyle far beyond your time with me.

Nutrition

You will be provided with a sustainable meal plan that suits you and your goals. My meal plans are designed to provide you with the right nutrients for optimal workout performance, fat loss and muscle building while controlling calories and still leaving enough room for the odd birthday, holiday, and vacation fun.

Although your meal plans will stay similar for consistency purposes and easy tracking, depending on your body’s response, you will get strategic “re-feeds”and/or “off plan” meals to keep you sane!

Accountability
& Progression

My eaBODYsculpt App will allow you to view your workouts and meal plans easily whilst away from home and you can log what you completed as you go. This will allow me to track your progress day-to-day and week-to-week. Each week your progress will be reviewed and plans adjusted accordingly via my online check in system. You can also message me at any time and expect a reply in the same day, usually within an hour or so. I encourage you to send me short videos of your training so I can check your form and intensity level as you workout. This will give you the support and accountability you need take the guesswork out of training and nutrition. The App is the place where you log all of your weekly data. Your photos and measurements are a simple click away and looking back on your progress is one of the most rewarding parts of your journey.

As well as all of this I am only a click away for continued support, accountability and a friendly ear!

What the training entails

You will be able to train around your own schedule and choose to workout whenever you like. You can also choose between Gym or Home workouts, body-part-specific, functional training, high-intensity or a combination of all. Low-intensity, steady-state cardio or additional activity will be allocated to help you progress towards your goals (client dependent) and if you already like to do F45, spinning, yoga or any other exercise strategy, then this can be incorporated into your program too!
